Retreat Weekend 27,28,29th November

Well what can I say about this retreat. What an amazingly wonderful mix of like minded souls. The weekend was full of sounds, artistry, fun, laughter, and for some, assisted by Heather, they were transported back to past lives to work on profound issues that had arisen to be healed. Working with the Crystal Singing Bowls is always an amazing experience, especially when they are one at a time for specific chakras. They work really deeply to bring about profound insights.
We also had the great pleasure of having and amazing Gong as well. When Donna struck the Gong, we were all transported to another place and time, just magical.
My heart felt thanks to all who came and assisted with the energies to bring about change on all levels.
And of course we can't fail to mention the delicious food as well.

31st July - 2nd August

This retreat weekend was a great success for all who came along.
The Saturday was spent working in silence, so each person was in their own space. We did Shamanic Journeys to the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds. Then everyone made a Totem out of clay, what inspiration they showed.
Saturday evening was a coming together and sharing from the day, followed by a Crystal Bowl Meditation.
Sunday was a day of fun and laughter and sharing again, as each person made their own Treasure Map, for what they want to bring into their lives.
It was great to see everyone playing, laughing and sharing.
